Limited Warranties

We offer the following limited warranties for work completed in our office:

Dental Sealants

Sealants are intended to prevent decay in the pits and grooves of the teeth. We support the benefit of sealants and will repair or replace any sealant we place for a period of three (3) years after placement. If decay is present on the chewing surface, the cost of the sealant will be credited toward the cost of the filling needed. You must keep the recommended regular continuing care appointments (minimum every 6 months) with out failure or late cancellation (emergencies excepted), or this limited warranty is null and void.

Composite Fillings

If a composite restoration is the recommended treatment, we will replace or repair it in the event of failure for a period of three (3) years. If the tooth breaks other than from an accident and requires a crown or onlay during the three year limited warranty period, we will credit the cost of the filling toward the cost of the crown or onlay. You must keep the recommended regular continuing care appointments (minimum of every six months) with out failure or late cancellation (emergencies excepted), or this limited warranty is null and void. Composites done because the patient can not afford a recommended crown or onlay can only be considered a temporary repair and are not covered by our warranty.

Crowns, Bridges, Inlays, Onlays, and Porcelain Veneers

Dr. Gene Stutsman and Dr. Chad Stutsman will warranty these most comprehensive procedures for a full three(3) years. We will replace or repair them at no charge during this threeyear period if they break, fail, or decay with normal use. (This does not include accidents that could also break normal healthy teeth). You must keep the recommended regular continuing care appointments (minimum of every six months) with out failure or late cancellation (emergencies excepted), or this limited warranty is null and void.

Dentures and Partial Dentures

We will warranty full dentures and partial dentures for a period of three (3) years for breakage of any part of the appliance from normal use in the mouth. This limited warranty does not cover accidents that may occur outside of the mouth such as pet damage or dropping the appliance; or damage from an accident such as falling or a blow to the face. Full upper and lower denture patients must be seen once every 12 months with out failure or late cancellation (emergencies excepted) for a cancer exam, evaluation, and cleaning of the dentures or this limited warranty is null and void. Patients with partial dentures and remaining natural teeth, must keep the recommended regular continuing care appointments (minimum of every six months) with out failure or late cancellation (emergencies excepted), or this limited warranty is null and void.
